Most of the employees are great to work with. Relaxed atmosphere

Cons

Owners are under indictment for bribing a government official (public knowledge) Company is run by a clique of friends and relatives Lack of basic business knowledge at the senior level is astounding Only two levels of the organization, the clique and everyone else On top of all that, pay is below average (if not in the clique) Surprising lack of diversity and not female friendly

lack of direction and planning, depressing silo environment, angry coworker going off all the time, low end salary and terrible benefits, rude HR lady
