Pros

Work-life balance is important to the company, they respect the fact that you have outside obligations. Great benefits and compensation. TCC's culture is remarkable, my previous company was very toxic, micro-managed with non existent work-life balance. TCC has offered me the ability and freedom to further my education (if desired) as well as contribute to the community through various organizations. A culture were I feel comfortable & encouraged to express my ideas without fear of backlash. I wish I would've joined the company sooner.

Cons

For myself, there are no cons. TCC is a breath of fresh air.

Pros

Really relaxed atmosphere, dress down on a daily basis. Very young employees which gives it a startup atmosphere.

Cons

Management is young and not very experienced. There is no structure anywhere, no processes, no organizational structure. Salaries are significantly below the average for Indianapolis which creates turnover and bad morale. Titles are handed out like candy with no rationale for why some people have them.

Pros

Management team has good leadership ability Culture/People are great to work with Location is great for choices to do during your lunch. Literally right off the Monon Trail. Freedom of making up your own hours as long as you get the work done. Flexible with working from home. Bonuses are given when you go above and beyond expectatiions Owners are very down to earth and have a good vision of where to take the company

Cons

No 401 k matching at this time as it is still a smaller company. Health Insurance premiums are a little high but that is expected when working for a smaller company
