      Pros

      Pay was good up top, not good for store people. A few are making all the money. Good industry Verizon! Nice locations

      Long hours Work every holiday Poor hiring and staffing Goals change weekly No home life Inventory issue's

      Pros

      Family atmosphere, people who care about you and what you think. Chance to grow as a person. I have read a lot about other reviews, and to say the least some are correct but when a company has grown as this company there are bumps along the way and they can't be fixed overnight. But this company will fix them. As far as growing you as a person can grow if you want to with the company or to better yourself to move on. But while with company take blinders off and learn everything you can from the person next to you to better the weakness within yourself.

      Cons

      Communication should be better from top down. Sick days ate very important. Sunday's everyone should have a relationship with GOD. SUNDAY should be that one day with family so again we are raising our kids with right culture. Everyday I stop by chic f la and everyone of those employees are happy to be there. They have every Sunday off and Holidays and they are still a stable company and growing.

      At one time, this company had good leaders and had a great mission. At one time, people liked working for this company. At one time, it was fun working here.

      Cons

      The company became greedy. Then they want to change everyone and everything. So many employees that are really good are disgruntled and want to leave.
