The pay is a joke in Chicago, when you look at your check you will be embarrassed to show that it to anyone. The work is endless, hours are horrible. They promise you a set of hours, once they become short staffed (which is always) then FORCE you to work insane hours. Its a very desperate environment, that's the best way I can explain it. Everyone works here for a few months and leaves once they find a real job. You have to sell DISH services to people who don't want it, if you cant push enough of them to enough customers you will get written up. Prepare to do a lot of begging here.

There are too many cons to list, but the main problem is the company will not keep us stocked with phones and accessories that our customers are demanding. Since we are commission based, if we don't sell anything, we make minimum wage. No raises, except management, of course. I have been employed almost 4 years, and I would be better off on unemployment.
