      Pros

      You get what you give! In a fast passed environment with constant change, Moorehead Communications attempts to stay ahead of the curve. Some locations are slower than others however the CEO and support staff has put in place the tools necessary to succeed. And for the ambition motivated employees there is a lot of room for growth. Despite what other reviews say there is a lot of money to be made if you are ambitious! They give not take.

      Cons

      There has been an occasional breakdown in communication but if you can adapt and change on the fly then it's not a CON at all, it's part of the job!

      -Company is always looking forward at ways to be the best in industry -Back office is extremely helpful (HR, Payroll, etc) -Opportunities to move up and experience great things (President's Club trips) -Open to (some) ideas from employees in the field. -Salary and bonues were extremely generous in upper management positions

      Cons

      -Top management gets a bit cliquey (Frat house atmosphere) -Not always looking to employees best interests in pay (store level) -Long hours (on call 24/7, emails at 2AM, Not much family/social life) -Upper management talked about people behind their backs, made mockery of peoples struggles

      discount on verizon wireless service

      Cons

      very misleading, they make false promises about potential earnings and growth to lure you in. Truth is, if you get a job at a very busy store you will make more than a dead store, they will always blame you personally for numbers even if you get hired at a store that has done poorly for years. Even as a store manager you do not make much more than a regular employee.
