      Pros

      Barely any. Flexible scheduling.Great for being 18 years old and only need to support your beer diet.

      Cons

      Crap pay, Crap regionals, high expectations for the pay, no loyalty. Expensive benefits.

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible on hours, decent money with some nice rewards programs from phone manufacturers.

      Cons

      No feedback or coaching when needed, often surprise firings or demotions. Was once a very family friendly company, now trying to emulate Verizon corporate. Many locations getting cameras with voice recording to "monitor traffic patterns," really to watch employees and critique sales processes. Pay structure is weird and not really reflective of performance, you often have to work through lunch in order to not get penalized.

      Pros

      You can increase your pay by selling more. Verizon reps treat you very well. Vacation time adds up quickly. 401k is an added bonus with company match.

      Cons

      This was a great place to work before the foundersn retired. A person used to be able to support a family very well and be home to see their fsmily as well. They care nothing for their management while catoring to their reps. Managers are on call 24-7 with no compensation for it. I endured 6 commision cuts each time giving more to the reps and demanding more productivity to get your old paycheck back.
