TCDI is an amazing place to work. The employees are hard working, reliable and creative. It is a face paced environment that values people (both employees and clients) above all else. The owner and executive team are involved and approachable. As an employee owned company, the entire team is focused on always doing the right thing, even when its not the easiest option. TCDI provides me flexibility through options such as working remotely and shifting my schedule when needed to meet family demands. The company is invested in growth and has provided many options for me to gain new skills. I feel very fortunate to be part of the TCDI family.
