      Pros

      I will only say one thing and it should be enough to sway you my dear reader, they have a HAPPINESS TEAM! Have you ever heard of such a thing? No, you have not. They literally focus on all things YOU, whether its career related or personal, it feels like family. If you are on the fence, don't be, apply ASAP and you won't regret it.

      Cons

      Honestly, cannot think of any cons. Usually a major con is communication from upper management but we do not have that issue here AT ALL. They are so open and extremely CLEAR at all times.

      Pros

      In today's professional landscape, I must be part of a company that shares my values. I particularly appreciate the safe and open environment for effective performance and personal growth. TCG exemplifies this commitment. I have the privilege of collaborating with wonderful colleagues who truly prioritize the well-being of all employees. I feel fortunate to work in such a positive setting, which is vital for fostering development. I extend my sincere gratitude to TCG for creating an outstanding work environment.

      Cons

      Every job has its downsides, and for TCG, my main concern is the pay. They seem to focus on mid-level and entry-level hires, so senior professionals may take longer to receive a competitive salary. While the pay is decent, it’s lower than in other industries. However, they offer various employee benefits and gifts, which make you feel appreciated. I genuinely appreciate their efforts!
