As someone is highly skeptical of any company treating any employee with respect under American Capitalism, I can say I truly feel respected as an employee and as a person at TCG. They offer competitive pay and benefits, unmatched transparency, and thoughtful gifts and perks that show they really put their money where their mouth is.

Cons

Standard govt contracting cons: comparatively less opportunities for growth, pay is great but doesn't match some private sector companies.
