      Pros

      The company really takes care of the employees in terms of job placement, advancement opportunities, and benefits. In the government contracting world, it is rare that the owner actually cares about the employees. There is a dedicated team that work on employee morale and benefits. TCG has been experiencing steady growth and that offers good opportunities to gain skills and get into new fields.

      Cons

      It is a small company, so the projects are small to medium size.

      Pros

      The perks of working at TCG are outstanding. They stay human-centered (my family members even get birthday cards and gifts) while still having a good eye for business and ensuring the job gets done well: win-win for your current state of happiness and the health of the company's future! In addition to caring about YOU (free life and long-term disability insurance), they care about being good stewards of the environment and the community too (Certified B Corporation). Truly an amazing company to belong to!

      Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment for everyone based on shared core values. While there are ups and downs in government contracting, it is still exciting work with positive, impactful benefits for society.
