Pros

The work/life balance TCG offers is wonderful, the perqs given to employees are much appreciated, it's a company that cares about its employees, invests in their wellbeing and their training and improvement, and lives by the core values they have established.

Cons

Salaries are not as high as industry but still competitive (and consider Pro work/life balance) Can feel somewhat disconnected with everyone working on different contracts

Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback and thanks for the compliment! You’re right about both salaries and the disconnection. As you know, salaries are limited by our contracts - the government and taxpayers demand good rates from us. There are certainly places where salaries are higher, but we think the lifestyle is a compensation for, well, some of the compensation. It’s been very difficult to create relationships across projects during Covid (not that it was easy before, it was just easier). The sprees help - we recommend you try to take in as many of those as you have time for. If you have any suggestions for ways to connect you to others, we would love to hear them!
