      Pros

      Great work and family life balance. Love the sprees organized by employees that includes charity sprees. Great perks like tickets for NBA and Baseball games. TCG helps and provides trainings required to progress employees careers.

      Cons

      Bit of disconnection between the teams as we are remote and work for different clients.

      We love our tickets too! TCGers have access to tickets to the Washington Capitals, Nationals, DC United, and a great selection of theatre events. Thanks for the feedback!

      - Perks and benefits are great - They value their workers, and you are important to the company - People are always willing to lend a hand whenever you need help

      Family Friendly, Flexible and Fun

      Pros

      Very flexible hours with lots of work from home options. Interesting work on high-profile projects, working side-by-side with GS-15 and SES Federal staff. Interesting team members come from a variety of backgrounds and many have family responsibilities that are understood and respected. We know how to have fun while making the world a better place and taking the life part of life work balance seriously.

      Cons

      Not all clients are equally flexible because of some real business needs, but TCG does a good job of partnering with Government agencies with similar values and is usually able to make reasonable accommodations.

      Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment for everyone based on shared core values. While there are ups and downs in government contracting, it is still exciting work with positive, impactful benefits for society.
