NO COHESION THROUGHOUT STORES. Very frustrating when transferring to a new store. Transferring to a new region makes you want to rip your hair out. Also, years of experience and knowledge really mean nothing.

Management is very condescending and demeaning to their front line employees. Extremely low pay for the amount of work required of their employees. PTO for part times is ridiculous! If your store is closed, due to one of the 4 major holidays, you have to use your pto bank in order to get paid for the day, Manager, asst store manager and store supervisors are extremely lazy. They expect their front line, low paying employees to do their job. They do not know how to multi-task. Dont waste your time going to HR to report a harrassement issue, it goes nowhere! They dont even get back to you regarding the outcome of the issue at hand. Total waste of time! The harder you work for the company, the more you expect. To much favoritism amongst upper management.
