Pros

- TD bank branches are usually very busy, you get a lot of experience working there - Easy to sell banks' products, sell themselves practically (long hours, low product fees, many extras are free, 7 days open get customers and sales in the door)

Cons

- Bank pays nothing, half of what Chase or Bank of America pays for similar position - Difficult to get promoted, take years

Pros

Most of the staff were nice, and I recieved paid training with daily stipend 5 minutes from the beach! I also got sign on bonus of $500.00.

Cons

The management only cares about themselves. They only promote from seniority instead of performance. I worked downtown and had to walk 2 blocks away to the parking garage (for unspecial employees) and it was next to a homeless shelter, where some homeless man tried to grab me! After I told them, they explained they would create a buddy system, but that lasted one week. They just don't care! They pay was the worst...9.00 an hour!

Pros

The money was good. Part time employees were opted to receive health benefits. There were plenty of hours to work.

Cons

Chaotic. Often times a break was not issued even if you had been working for 10+ hours that day.
