Pros

Great benefits and that’s really it.

Cons

They treat the contact center employees good in training than after you hit the floor it’s a different story. You get told not to call out but you have a lot of sick time to use before the year is up you can only carry over 40 hours. They customers are always rude and their surveys if they are bad you it affects your metrics badly.

Pros

The main redeeming quality of working at TD Bank is that there are a lot of great, talented, dedicated people that I enjoy working with. Salary and benefits are good Office location in Falmouth is decent, easy access to 95 & 295 with parking and some amenities like an on-site gym and a range of visiting food trucks.

Cons

Upper management for the most part is a deplorable mess. They expect you to work 24/7 and treat you like a number but tout the laughable “human” brand. Frequent “job eliminations” are losing valuable people and they blithely ignore the impacts on morale and productivity. It’s become a pretty toxic place to work. They’re instituting an open concept floor plan just to cram more people in and save money. The idea of promoting more collaboration is a joke. Run, don’t walk away from this nightmare!

Pros

Worked in a major branch, had decent benefits and good coworkers.

Cons

Complete bias that goes on from management, from branch managers to Regional managers. Seems like most employees who are good at their job leave after realizing the company sucks, and it leaves all the people who can't to do better to become a manager after working at the branch for 10 years.
