Pros

20/80 Rule. Applies to life which in turn applies to any company you work for. In the time I have invested in my development, future, and growth I can state of only what I have seen and heard. TD Bank hire within before the a job opportunity hits the market; hense longterm growth.

Cons

80/20 Rule . Banking is not easy if it were we would all be pro's. For the eighty percent who do not understand the term, read a book, ask a question, then ask another question and continue process until you work your way to 20 but remember the road to 20 never ends so when you commit to 20, "Don't talk about it, be about it"

Pros

The corporate training is good. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Management was horrible. People were allowed to get away with questionable practices for far too long. The environment in the store I was in was extremely confrontational an cliquey. The hours are far worse than other banks, which you know beforehand. At my interview they said they would work with me on my schedule, then when I started working, it was a problem.
