They put too much pressure on the employees. They threaten you when you havent met your goal. The Sr Management people do not know how to talk to employees unless it is a threat then they re nice to your face when they see you. Too many good people are leaving the bank and they cannot get new people to hire. All branches are understaffed. They are putting branch managers in branches who have no idea what it is like to be a branch manager. Out with the old "Commerce" people and in with the new "younger" crew. You have people who have been there for a long time feeling inadequate and like they do no know how to do their jobs.

Claims to be a 'transparent' organization but very political environment. Akin to a country club - if you are a 'member' you are treated well High turnover at senior levels
