TD reviews

LEI is screwed up. The surveys are basically hard wired so its a guessing game whether you get a good one or not. You could be as loving with your customers as ever and they'll give you a great review but if they don't want to increase business you're screwed. That's all that really matters. Also you get surveyed by secret shoppers who are sent from corporate TD to rate your transaction. Some are these people are ruthless and don't care if you're busy with a line out the door, you better say their name 3 times,say your name , use a catch phrase to offer them a product, welcome them back, and make sure you seemed so delighted to take their transaction. Remember you don't know who this secret shopper is so you have to act like this with EVERYBODY till you get the report back saying you got shopped. It's just a messed up system.

This company’s leadership has dual standard and full of hypocrisy. My advice to all current employees that keep track of all communication with your leadership.
