      Very easy, remote work ok, good for a paycheck, some work life balance

      Cons

      meaningless projects, toxic environment, incompetent managers, highly politically charged, no meritocracy, very outdated systems, extreme favoritism, no stimulating projects, depressingly unintelligent managers

      Pros

      Happy with my job and coworkers. The atmosphere overall is good. Training and conference opportunities are available, which is nice.

      Cons

      Promotions from within are stingy, at least in my group. And when they happen the salary rate increase isn't as good as they would offer an external hire. I do not feel fairly compensation compared to my peers.
