Lack of opportunity for advancement if you are over 40. Chaotic and disorganized leadership demanding results without providing solutions to inefficient workflow processes which they created.

Below pay that was made up with the ability to work from home Just received an email that we are REQUIRED to go back to office in search of new ideas. We all know that this is just the beginning and soon we will be REQUIRED to go, every now and then. That is a pay cut and makes it not worth it to work it for me. Time to look into other places.
