      None. Hostile work environment. Constantlthreat of losing job.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible. Company losses have been unusually high. My 401k loss has consistently been 20% and climbing.

      These opportunities come at small salary compensation. Employees are required to complete various tasks outside of general job responsibilities and on person time and are not compensated

      Construction workers are overlooked compared to the office employees and upper management try and promote friends through company instead of hard workers.
