Work from home and go into office once a month

These people will let you go when they feel you don't meet there quota?! Literally I felt I worked in Sales dept! Weekly they go over the number you have processed and due to them having so manyyyy PO and systems issues ...that won't matter!

If you are in the mechanical industry and looking for new customers it's like a fire sale. Their current customers can leave quick enough.

Cons

If you still work there you have a 22 percent loss on your 401k to look forward to while the company continues to make more decisions at high levels.

women's salaries $20,000 below men doing same job. Job duties changed with the wind. They preach servant leadership, well they got the first part right.
