As a partner, you're not held accountable unless you do something really jacked up.

Cons

As a partner, you're not held accountable unless you do something really jacked up. So those who do their job wind up carrying a lot of others who don't do the bare minimum. I was lucky in the managers I had who just let me do my job, and didn't force me to fall on my sword when others didn't do their share.
