Cons

Some people might not like the fact that because the project durations are a little longer (2-3 years), you could go some time without receiving new projects.

The people and the culture of the company are great. There is a strong sense of teamwork as long as you work hard.

Cons

It is a high stress job but the construction industry is a stressful industry.
