Company truck, plenty of hours, great management, they understand that you have a life and family outside of work and your coworkers are like a big family

Other than the normal cons of weather outdoors but that comes with any company in the hvac/r industry

Lack senior leadership decisions making capabilities. Unorganized objective and goals. Management dies not follow company policies and values. Leadership unable to grow and adjust to current operational growth. No balance to work and personal life. Overtime demand is brutal
