Team activities are very good, and constant training's are available.

Cons

Lots of non educated old fashion people in important rolls. Management wise the company has a very shady future.

Pros

Back before current Leadership, the company had the groundwork of a great company. It was truly about the partners.

Cons

Times changed as new people came in and it was all about who you "friends" with in the company. If you didn't fit in, it was clearly a witch hunt until you left. They demote some people, but it doesn't fix anything. The problems are still there.
