      Everyone is friendly and willing to help. They also want to see you grow.

      Cons

      Staffs seems to be changing to different positions and some are also leaving.

      TDS is good to employees. The environment is very positive. The pay is competitive. Overall it is a good place to work.

      Cons

      There is not much opportunity for moving up in the company.

      Pay, benefits, culture are all great. Love the people I work with.

      Can be a little conservative at times, but that probably explains the company stability over the long haul.
