Great people for the most part. They care about helping you grow for most employees. Decent compensation and benefits. Working environment is satisfactory.

Cons

Lack of accountability for management. My manager often threw things over the fence to their manager to avoid confrontation. Sexual harrassment claim occured on my team and leader asked me to look ignore it. Company loves to pick up the next hot thing and then drop it a week later. Never sees things through to completion. Company-wide lack of cooperation between business units. Also failure to deal with poor performers across the company. U.S. Cellular runs this place and it is obvious...and depressing.
