Pros

Great benefits, flexible schedule, and casual work attire. Supervisor understands the work/needs of the department and cares about team members.

Cons

Changes in department structure & management resulted in a lot of turnover. Upper management didn't recognize/address issue(s) which led to more turnover & ultimately the advancement of some who weren't qualified. Lots of OT for the few willing. Way too many interns used that lack experience and long-term commitment to success of company. So much knowledge lost, expectations too high for those left behind AND new hires.
