Cons

Look at any review anywhere, google Madison TDS reviews. One thing is for certain, the customer care is completely non existent. The reason is because in training they teach you, that unless your going to make money off this customer, don't bother wasting your time helping them with the problem . They listen to all of your phone calls like most companies, but they get upset if you try to help a customer. They want you to say, not my department, or I will have to get someone to call you back, or transfer. BIGGEST ISSUE AHEAD... So for example if you sign up an old customer for another 3 yr deal, you don't make a penny off that deal. The company is interested in new money only. If their bill doesn't go up, even though you retain the customer for another 3 yrs, they don't give a hoot. They take that money you made from the deal and it doesn't go to your quota., your total or any mark of success. It's not even brough up on your review. Each team constantly passes customers to another person, the reason why is because if they can't make money off that person they don't want them on the phone. This is because of the fear of not hitting the quota and being judged badly on their review. Too much time on the phone helping people with customer service means the short time you have is even less. Look at the reviews and you will see all the customers saying this. My boss was Peychen who is a nice person but not the greatest at managing her trainers who are not qualified at training people. During Covid we had major issues like all businesses, but they never changed the quota. They demanded new money only, even during the peak of lockdowns and were constantly on you. I made sometimes over 100 calls a day to businesses trying to get new customers. They care nothing about how much time you put in, its only the new money that matters and the circumstance of whats going is of no concern to them.
