Benefits, flexibility, co-workers, facility, perks, etc.

Cons

As with any company of this size, efficiency is key and sometimes when costs need to be cut, it's done with less precision than I would like.

Pros

Good overall pay and benefits. Several enjoyable people to work alongside.

Cons

There is no clear strategy for the future and commitment towards improving things among senior leaders. Most have been with the company for 20+ years and are VERY comfortable with status quo, despite a drastically changing and competitive market. Work life balance was iffy at best.

Good people. Kept employees up to date with good training for systems and product offerings. Local office was very involved in community.

Cons

Limited territory to provide products and services. Many local offices closed or downsized. Now at minimum local staff to support local customers.
