9yOur team has gone through some exciting changes over the last 6 months. We have merged our sales and retention teams so that we can provide exceptional customer service to our customers. We want to provide First Call Resolution to increase satisfaction with our customer base. Through this change, we have made adjustments along the way to continue to provide the right rewards and incentives for our Advisors. Most changes have been to the benefit of the Advisor to ensure we have our goals and metrics in alignment with our company goals. As with any change, we continue to fine tune to ensure we are taking care of our employees, our customers and exceeding our company expectations.
