Pros

Good benefits, some managers are very good. Nice location in Madison.

Cons

Some of the upper management is too old school; they need to learn current management techniques to attract and keep good employees. Too many reorgs over the years has made everyone constantly worried about their positions.

Pros

There is a good culture at the company. The tone is friendly and teamwork is common. The people are nice to work with and generally are experienced in their fields.

Cons

If you're not interested in telecom, Internet, TV or cable, and don't want to learn more about the technical side of the business, this may not be the place for you.
