Good company that could be a great company.

Pros

Great people and a strong network. The culture is strong and there is great longevity in the organization.

Cons

They drop the ball in areas that they shouldn't. Their frontline customer service is atrocious and they don't seem interested in improving it.

Pros

- Generous with benefits and paid time off - My direct team is incredibly friendly and helpful; I feel like they truly have my back - I’m able to work from home full time - I was given equipment to make sure I’m successful in my work

Cons

- A lot of meetings; I sometimes wonder why I’m in some - Getting all the tech to work during on-boarding was frustrating - Currently working on outdated software and operating systems
