Pros
I've seen a handful of promotions since being there. The benefits are solid and the pay is decent. The work location on the west side of Madison is good too. The Monday through Friday hours are nice too.
Cons
Alot of micromanagement in my opinion from various levels (sales coach, seniors, supervisor). Also in my opinion there seems to be some inconsistency in how they handle unexcused abscences in my department which is frustrating, kills morale and has caused me to lose some respect for my immediate boss. In my opinion there also seems to be some inconsistent handling of employees that arent giving 100% effort and spend more time chit chatting with co-workers even while customer calls are waiting in queue.
