Pros

A few good employees exist within the company but not at any level to make major changes that would have substantial impact on company. I feel bad for anyone stuck in this company.

Cons

This company uses complexity to mask underpayment. Associates will be used to absorb risk that should belong to the company. If you want to make living wages you must overperform. This company's model is to pay below livable market wages and shift blame on employees when they fall short of overperformance. By using a very low base pay while showing over 300 percent opportunities in commission which almost no one hits, you will feel like the product being exploited. The company tells a person they will get a 2500 dollar bonus but will force you to pay it back if you don't last longer than a year within the poverty wages, which will not be mentioned during hiring. The actual job involves forcing sales on usually upset customers which have issues due to bills increasing after having a promotion that lasts 1 or 2 years then increases their bill by 1-100% while forcing them to keep additional services they were told they needed to get a promotion, (often don't need the additional service for promotion) Home Phone).

Pros

Decent benefits, some good co-workers

Cons

Pay is in the lower 25% of the industry even in areas with high to very high cost of living. Most managers rarely make an appearance in the field. Leads will train techs and then will be difficult to reach when they're on their own. They seem to have the same philosophy for Employees as customers -Rather offer perks to land a shiny new one than invest in existing techs. Definite favoritism, at least in Bend they'd rather promote based on who the managers like rather than experience or skill.
