      Pros

      Great family atmosphere!! love the hands on work, everyday is different. I love helping people and each job I have that opportunity to not just help them but show the customer that tds is always there for them. company is very flexible to help you if you need time off for vacations/family matters.

      Cons

      it would be nice to drive our vehicles home, if not all the time at least when we are on call.

      Pros

      Good starting salary and decent benefits. Very good with training employees and keeping them informed of changes. Management was clear about directives and goals.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement and not much room for salary increases. Many of the procedures were becoming outdated and needed attention. Need to stay on the cutting edge.

      Pros

      TDS is in a great place. The company is growing and expanding. That does mean changes, but they are good changes. There's a lot of room for growth, and if you put the work and effort into your job, you will go far and wide. They love listening to their employees ideas, respond to feedback, and they've even implemented a few ideas from employees. The offer generous vacation pay and sick pay and the the co-workers are super nice. Another plus is you get a fixed schedule. Allows you to plan with your friends and family more often.

      Cons

      - Company is using dated applications and software. They are upgrading, but it has severe growing pains. - Communicating with other departments... i.e Field, Sales and Repair, is difficult at times. Needs to be improved.
