      great benefits...room for advancement & cross training...great relaxing atmosphere...

      Cons

      angry customers pay could start at $17 or $18 for entry level in Network Ops..but I haven't done any financial analysis within the company to suggest entry level pay. Seems like the right thing when or if you already have work experience (even in a different field) and a Bachelor's Degree (also in a different field)

      Pros

      Great vacation and benefits. My managers were good people who understood your work/life balance.

      Cons

      The management system is very tiered, you always have someone to report to for anything to get done. I also found my particular job to be very tedious and boring because there was not much variety. I also found company morale to be very low, it seems like everyone hated their jobs.
