+ Big company, cash rich (at the time) + Very international environment + Good benefits: home office possibility, flexible hours

Cons

- Consistent and sometimes excessive restructuring - Poor communication, continuous feeling of distrust. HR rather intransparent - Fast promotion of managers seemingly based on who they know rather than what they know - Declining talent development focus - Usage of some of the abovementioned benefits often frowned upon by management - Long hours, inflexbile environment, poor life quality

Pros

Salaries are on national scale, so pay is some of the best in the area. Was very good talent incubator as such, but many starting to leave. 401K match best in class.

Cons

All promotions and majority of outside hires in my BU were reserved for minorities and females. It became a running joke. Bonus payouts impacted by this as well as senior management bonuses on quotas and retention as such. If you don't fit into their quota requirements for I&D, you can expect to be downsized, marginalized, and eventually pushed out the door so they can hire someone incredibly mediocre or relocate someone worldwide to take your role.

Not many, 401k and Salary are the main ones, sadly was a good place to work a few years ago.

Cons

Health insurance is poor, shoddy treatment of employees, extremely heavy workloads, management's top heavy, constantly trying to outsource US jobs
