Business Outlook
Pros
TE has some great benefits and flexibility. Benefits such as health care and vacation are good. Working from home on an as-needed basis is accepted. Have worked with some really great people on a local level.
Cons
The company is growing fast through aquisition and suffering some growing pains as new units are brought into the fold. Upper management has developed good goals, but the metrics they use to get there aren't consistent. Every year the way to measure progress is changed - it isn't just raising the bar. The way the metrics are calculated continues to change.
