      Good internship

      Pros

      I was given some interesting projects to work on. I was challenged with new technologies I was not familiar with. The compensation was ok compared to other internships I was looking at. Most new hires were put in courses to get certifications.

      Cons

      As an intern, I was unable to do too much work. There were times where I would sit around bored.

      Pros

      Creative environment with few tangible limitations to freedom in exploring new ideas. The average workers that make up the company are some of the warmest and supportive people of any tech company in the area. There is a palpable desire for some kind of breakout.

      Cons

      The company is still stuck in its past individual legacies that cause either no movement or a glacial pace of movement of new ideas, technologies, products into existing markets and rarely new markets. The average employee, though generally satisfied to have a job, is tentative and overly cautious while upper management seems to continually push a view of the company taken through rose colored glasses. Everything is far too average.

      Great Job, No room for growth

      Pros

      Great People, Relaxed atmosphere, great medical benifits, get to learn new things. Pretty good pay. Low stress. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      No room for growth, not a lot of jobs opening up. Job gets boring after a while, job gets repetitive. Alot of people have been with the company for 15 to 20 years and never leave their position. If you are a technician you are stuck.
