Pros

They are a very large company with a lot of capital for product development. Global company which makes international travel possible if you have the right job. Good travel policy too, if you have the right position you can travel business and stay in 4 star hotels. They give spot bonus pay for a job well done.

Cons

They are the largest foreign employer in China. They love China so you job may end up there. Salary and anual raise policy is low / out of whack. An above average performance rating will only get you a raise equal to the rate of inflation.
