The pay here is excellent, especially for the area. Pragmatic attitude towards hybrid work. Management culture continues to support diversity.
Cons
Vacation offering is pathetic. 10 days for new hires. No negotiating, even with 20 years experience. My peers are being offered 4-5 weeks. This is the least-collaborative engineering culture I've ever been in. Product development projects get one design engineer, so be prepared to keep churning out solutions because nobody else is contributing any. You are completely on your own. Peers are content to watch you flounder. 90% of my project's team is in China, so you're going to be in late-night and early-morning calls regularly. They might give lip-service to work-life balance, but when your day is chopped up from 6 am to 10 pm, your entire waking life is fit around work.
