Pros

TE offers a competitive salary. benefit package is good as for as the stock option and retirement packages. Their health leaves a little to be desired but its on with market trend. Flex hours/location - I LOVE this benefit for me and my family. Good communication with Executive level team. Teamwork is very important/alive in my BU; but I hear we are one of the exceptions.

Cons

Need to work on diversity and inclusion as an action item, not just words - to be fair we have recently started more work on this so I am looking forward to change. Sometimes can feel stuck in a position if you dont network properly.

Cons

No advancement available unless you are male and have been there most of your career. Too bottom line focused so lacks innovation (despite industry accolades, they don’t know how to innovate because it requires investment). Not favorable environment for women.
