Business Outlook
Pros
CEO and CFO are honest to goodness nice people. It has been a great place to work as a mom. TE has a new flex policy for working that they put into place even before the pandemic. Salary is good and benefits are also good. In the years I have worked there they have also become much more progressive in adopting inclusion and diversity and corporate responsibility. Definitely my favorite job I have had in my career.
Cons
Not much I can think of that really matters to me. I think they are conservative and think of our employees and investors so they are not a company that does frivolous things like large employee parties or events. Most employees value the flexibility and work life balance over that.
