      Pros

      I enjoy working with the people on projects. Many folks just want to get stuff done and make TE a great place to work.

      Cons

      HR leadership, aside from a few, are just jockeying for the CHRO role and constantly roadblocking initiatives from moving forward. Despite stronger years, budget is always minimized and never stick to long term investments. Company runs like 10 seperate companies pretending to be 1.

      Pros

      Was a good company when it was AMP but TE is milking each company they purchase and then will toss them out when no more good margin.

      Cons

      Too many managers that do not know the business. They come from other industries and try to sit in their offices and manage, do not learn the business, the customer or how to sell product. They rely on Sales Force system but do not know how to use it so after sales enters the data the management sill ask for reports and requires long drawn out conference calls.
