The corporate organization has a strong desire to focus on a centralized strategy and core values. When applied, it makes for a positive experience in the organization.

Cons

Not all business units or locations apply the company strategy and core values as they should. The company is only as good as their individual locations. Unfortunately, unless local or BU leadership is open to feedback, working for the company can become less enjoyable because of individualized agendas.
