Chill environment. Not a lot of micromanaging. Lots of overtime, and a yearly bonus every year. Nice PTO

When you're done with working, you were actually done. No one bothers you after hours.

Cons

Management only looks out for themselves, not caring about the workers. Colleagues were absolute hell to work with half the time. Too much work to do because the turnover rate is so high we never had enough staff.
