Bad ethics at the director/executive level

Pros

Good intent at the local level. Reasonable severance package considering length of employment.

Cons

Many new hires (less than 3 months) and they are now closing the facility. Hiring freezes never occurred and Mid management did not appear to have known much longer than employees. Very callous move at the corporate level. Very disappointing!
