      There were some nice people who worked there. But otherwise I cannot think of anything.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. No training, no guidance and no support. I was actually bullied. The manager had no idea of the requirements and expectations required by the company that needed t be followed to complete tasks. Only made more demands and making it impossible to be successful at your job. Fear is used to motivate employees at this location. The hours are insanely long given you do not have the proper tools or support needed to do you job.

      Pros

      Good medical benefits, currently working from home, TE talks a good game.

      Cons

      TE is a company full of useless managers who have nothing but meetings and push all the work onto the employees who do more with less and continually lose coworkers and take on their work. TE is a company that year after year buys up other companies and destroys them. They have terrible customer service and will not listen to their employees or customers.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, this opportunity was the most negative experience in my career. My passion to create a design system and find solutions for users remained paramount despite senseless distractions. There's no sense of diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Senior UX Manager lacked the hands on experience and professionalism for the Design Team. The inability to properly manage cost the company revenue and the reputation for the team. The lack of grown opportunity is a direct result of the business focus to outsource instead of invest within.
